Our commitment is to help you power your life on campus with good food and a dining program that makes it easy for you to eat right. It’s why we have healthy and wholesome choices available every day and it’s why we have nutrition and wellbeing programs that help take some of the mystery out of healthy living.

Meet Shanna, the Registered Dietitian with Clark Dining! Shanna has nourished her passion for promoting both mental health and overall wellness through years of experience in the field where she's worked in roles with children and school food settings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Framingham State University with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Public Health from UMass Amherst.

At Clark, healthy dining options are vital for overall well-being and nourishing the campus community is a top priority. Shanna believes all guests deserve to have access to a variety of nutrient-dense choices across campus and works closely with the culinary team and management staff to ensure there are options for every allergen and dietary need.

Shanna is available to guide healthy eating as a lifestyle here on campus, through 1:1 counseling, individual and group nutrition tours, assistance with menu options to meet your dietary allergies or preferences and help develop nutrition programming with campus groups and athletics. She can also be seen hosting tabling events throughout the year to increase awareness between nutrition and healthy living.
