Benjamin Duquette
Executive Director of Hospitality
Ben brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to campus, including five with Harvest Table. A Springfield, MA native and graduate of West Springfield High and TCI Trade School, he got his start at Bickford’s Family Restaurant and has been passionate about guest service ever since. He’s known for his warm leadership style and deep commitment to creating memorable experiences.
Michele Connors
Hospitality Services Manager
Michele brings 30 years of hospitality experience and a passion for service to her role, with five years at Harvest Table this coming March. A Springfield native with a degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, she got her start in retail and now leads with warmth, precision, and a knack for quoting movies at just the right moment.
Antonio Gentile
Executive Chef
Born in Boston’s North End and raised in Prezza, Italy, Antonio brings 35 years of culinary experience and artistry to campus. He began working in his family’s restaurant, Ristorante Nando, at age 12 and has held nearly every kitchen role since the early '90s. With a background in finance and fine arts, Antonio blends precision and creativity in every dish he serves.
Shanna Rudek
Health and Wellbeing Manager
Originally from North Smithfield, RI, Shanna brings 10 years of hospitality experience and a strong foundation in nutrition, psychology, and public health. With degrees from Framingham State and UMass Amherst, she’s passionate about supporting wellness across campus. Her thoughtful approach helps create a culture of care and connection in every dining space.
Sydney Agnew
Guest Experience Manager
With 10 years in collegiate hospitality, Sydney brings warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of campus culture to every guest interaction. Originally from Seattle and a proud alum of Western Washington University and Washington State University, she blends marketing expertise with a passion for service that makes every experience memorable.
Heather Comer
Hospitality Services Manager
Heather brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to campus, including nearly two with Harvest Table. Originally from the small northern town of Winchendon, she began her career at Fanz Sports Bar and Grill and studied in Charlotte, NC. Her leadership and dedication help create welcoming, efficient retail spaces that enhance the campus dining experience.
Kim McElroy
Catering Manager
With 43 years in food service, Kim brings a wealth of experience and creativity to campus dining. She began her journey at a pizza shop across from her college in Albany, NY (drawn in by the promise of a shift-ending slice) and has since held leadership roles with Marriott, Bon Appétit, Sodexo, and Panera Bread. A lifelong artist and Clark University learner, Kim is passionate about working with students and creating vibrant, inclusive dining spaces.
